In this role You will manage an existing portfolio of small, medium and strategic Apprenticeship and Skills partners and accounts whilst working as part of a larger team responsible for delivering the employer journey for the Apprenticeship element of the account.

Interviews for this role will take place on-site, at one of our college campuses in Weston-super-Mare.

Day to day duties of the role

* Highly focussed, proactive and professional apprenticeship employer engagement.

* Account Manage SME's and strategic employers in line with account management strategy and develop long term relationships with clients and employers.

* Attend account management meetings with key accounts, providing the latest data, progression, and achievement, within the employer threshold frequency times.

Required skills and qualifications

* Industry knowledge of either a sales & recruitment company or training organisation.

* Skills and experience of working within a fast-paced environment.

* Excellent organisation and project management skills.
